Our Process
STEP 1
Initial Call and Consultation
We start with a conversation with our project manager to align on your vision, budget, and expectations. This call ensures we’re a great fit to bring your remodel to life. Afterward, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting for a detailed discussion.
STEP 2 On-Site Assessment and Quote
Our project manager will meet with you on-site to measure, photograph, and discuss the project. We’ll provide a precise, itemized quote to cover our labor and building materials. You’ll have a 30-day period to review and discuss with your family before making a final decision to continue with us.
STEP 3
Finalizing the Contract
Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll prepare and finalize the contract, order materials, and lock in a start date to start your project. A signed contract agreement and deposit are required to secure your project, and we’ll prepare for a smooth start.
STEP 4
Project Kickoff
With everything set, our team begins on schedule. You’ll have regular updates from our project manager to ensure the project stays on time and within budget.
STEP 5
Construction & Communication
As we start, we seal off the site to keep it organized and dust-free. Our team keeps communication open, addressing questions and any adjustments promptly so you stay informed every step of the way.
STEP 6
Final Walkthrough
Once complete, our project manager will walk through with you to review all details and finalize the project. Upon your satisfaction, we will collect the balance and let you enjoy the completion of your Remodeled project.
